Ruler Harry's companion Hugh Grosvenor has given a secretive proclamation in the midst of reports of Sovereign Harry's refusal to go to his wedding at Chester House of God on June 7.
Ruler George and Sovereign Archie's adoptive parent Grosvenor will wed Olivia Henson before 400 individuals, including Ruler William, who will purportedly act as an attendant for the wedding.
