A gathering of transgendered people raged a police headquarters after the police kept them from organizing a dance show at the local area park in Mohalla Hussaini in Nowshera Kalan.
Ashfaq Khan Mohmand, responsible for Nowshera Kalan Police headquarters said that the individuals from the transsexual local area were having a dance party without getting consent for it. He said that the activity was taken following public objections.
The authority said the neighborhood Ulema and seniors had asked Khanzeb , responsible for the town policepost , to make a move against the transgendered people as the local area park housed a janazgah, where the dance party was supposedly taking place.A great number of youths appeared at partake in the dance party. In any case, the police tossed a spanner in progress. The police activity enraged the individuals from the transsexual local area, who raged the police headquarters in counter, where they organized a dissent while removing their shirts.
