Travis Kelce's coach Andy Reid knew Taylor Swift before him — but is he happy with it?

Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Bosses player is notable for attempting to draw near to Taylor Quick during one of her late spring shows, which is the way they wound up dating yet the tight end could have simply had to move toward his mentor Andy Reid for a presentation.

Bosses mentor Andy Reid revealed that he was familiar with Quick preceding his player's gathering her on the SiriusXM digital recording "We should Go! with Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald, and Jim Gary", which was communicated as of late, as indicated by CNN.

"I knew her before from Philadelphia. Her father [Scott Swift] played at [University of] Delaware and was a major football fan and hero," said Reid. "I had met him there, and her."

He added that the whiz vocalist and her fans have been "amazing."

Reid poked a fun at how Kelce wasn't precisely thrilled to figure out that Quick knew his mentor.

"That was the last thing Trav needed to hear, that I knew her before him," Reid kidded.

"She told him, 'I know your mentor,'" Reid said, as the hosts giggled. "Also, he went, 'Gracious, God, come on!'."

He added about Quick, "She's a decent young lady. Also, I'm glad for Trav."

"Also, there has been no interruption that way by any stretch of the imagination. What's more, Trav's dealt with it right," Reid said of the media focus on the couple. "She's dealt with it right and we simply push ahead. So it hasn't been an issue by any stretch of the imagination."

One month from now, the Bosses and the San Francisco 49ers will get down to business in Super Bowl LVIII.
