The Political decision Commission of Pakistan (ECP) banished the public authority from privatization of the state-claimed PIA, refering to Segment 230 of the Races Act, which characterizes the job or command of an overseer government. ECP Secretary Dr Asif Hussain kept in touch with the Secretary Bureau Division Kamran Ali Afzal and looked for arrangement of every connected report, concerning the privatization of the public aircraft.
The ECP guided the overseer government to cease from making any further stride, including consenting to of an arrangement till a choice is made by the commission under Segment 230.
As per Segment 230, which concerns the elements of guardian government (1) An overseer government will — (a) carry out its roles to go to everyday issues important to run the undertakings of the public authority; "(c) limit itself to exercises that are normal, non-disputable, earnest, in the public premium, and reversible by the future government chose after the races; and "(2) The guardian government will not — (a) take significant strategy choices besides on dire issues; (b) settle on any choice or an arrangement that might affect or pre-empt the activity of power by what was in store chosen government".
