Responsibility Court Judge Muhammad Bashir Friday gave a 44-page decision in the Toshakhana body of evidence against the PTI pioneer director Imran Khan and his better half Bushra Bibi.
The decision said the couple abused the Top state leader's Office and gotten a monetary advantage of Rs1553.72 million. The decision said both the convicts got 108 gifts from unfamiliar pioneers. Bushra got a diagram gems set as a gift from the Saudi crown ruler. The set was accounted for in Toshakhana however not submitted. Bushra paid Rs90 lakh for the gift against the genuine worth of over Rs3 billion and 16 crore, said Shoaib Abbasi, who decided the gift.
As er witness Receptacle Yameen, the chart adornments set was not kept by the crooks in Toshakhana.
As per the judgment, the fine sum will be recoverable as expense back payments, while the time spent in prison will be viewed as a component of the discipline.
