The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has limited the guardian government from rebuilding the Bureaucratic Leading group of Income (FBR), a Geo News report said on Wednesday.
IHC's Equity Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb heard a FBR official's appeal wherein the applicant took the place that the rebuilding of the board isn't the order of the overseer government and the guardian government ought to be kept from do as such.
The candidate's legal counselor said a board was as yet framed albeit the Political decision Commission of Pakistan (ECP) had halted it under the Political decision Act 2017.
In the wake of hearing the contentions of the direction, the court suspended the notice of setting up the FBR's rebuilding board of trustees.
