Alec Baldwin denies new charges against him in ‘Rust’ fatal shooting

 Alec Baldwin was planned to be summoned on new charges in the deadly 2021 shooting of Rust cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

The entertainer, who was recently accused of compulsory butcher for the situation, argued not blameworthy to the new charges, per Individuals Magazine.

Baldwin, 65, entered his request Wednesday as he deferred his right to an arraignment, as indicated by New Mexico court archives. Whenever saw as liable, Baldwin could be confronting a jail sentence of year and a half to three years.

Baldwin was re-charged by a New Mexico fabulous jury January 19, a year after he was initially charged over Hutchins' demise. At first, those charges were dropped in April 2023 yet never altogether ignored by examiners.
